About the Role
Our client is seeking an expert in CGI animation to adapt a fairytale fiction book into a CGI-animated movie. The desired visual style closely resembles movies like "Mariposa" and "Barbie in Fairytopia." This is an ongoing, long-term project expected to last approximately one year. The animator can work remotely without the need to be present at a specific location. The preferred experience level for the animator is either mid-level or beginner, with a passion for creating imaginative and engaging content.
Responsibilities:
- Bring the story of "The Princess of Paradisia and the Magic Basket" to life through captivating CGI animation.
- Develop character designs, environments, and other visual elements that align with the fairytale theme and the author's vision.
- Create storyboards and animatics to plan out the animation sequences and visual storytelling.
- Utilize CGI animation techniques to animate characters, objects, and environments with attention to detail and engaging movement.
- Mid-level or beginner experience in CGI animation
- Proficiency in industry-standard CGI animation software
- Strong understanding of animation principles, including character animation, timing, and movement.
- Ability to create engaging and imaginative visual content suitable for a fairytale-themed animated movie.
