About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to assist with creating an online training program for automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation. The project will focus on demonstrating key techniques, starting with easy hoods and fenders. The footage will be recorded without sound, so your role will involve preparing the video for voiceover integration, including adding pauses to emphasize critical points. Close-up photos may also need to be incorporated to highlight specific challenges and solutions in the process.
This is a one-time project with the possibility of follow-up work if the training program gains traction. The ideal candidate will have experience in editing instructional videos, particularly those related to the automotive industry or technical fields. This is a remote opportunity, offering flexibility while requiring close attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Experience editing instructional or technical videos, preferably with a focus on automotive or similar industries.
- Ability to integrate voiceovers and ensure seamless pacing for effective learning.
