ABOUT THE COMPANY
The company is a boutique, American fast growing social media management business. It develops content and manages the profiles of a select group of successful business owners, working to grow their LinkedIn and X profiles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage client relationships and communicate directly with clients, maintaining an engaging and interesting conversation style.
Conduct content interviews with each client, ensuring you ask the right questions and know how to interview people effectively.
Organize all necessary content for ghostwriters based on the client interviews.
Edit ghostwriters’ work, ensuring there are no typos, the content is engaging, and it accurately reflects the client’s voice.
Serve as the first layer of quality control for all content.
Handle client queries and follow up for content approvals.
Coordinate with the design team to create necessary assets for each post.
Schedule approved content in the social media scheduling tool.
Manage up to 10 clients simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in managing client relationships and conducting effective interviews.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Excellent writing editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure content is engaging and error-free.
Experience in content creation, social media management, or related fields.
Ability to adapt to different client voices and maintain consistency in content quality.
Background in media, editorial, or a related industry is highly desirable.
Be extremely social, extroverted
English speaker with perfect English skills.
Nice-to-haves
Knowledge of the startup ecosystem and familiarity with fundraising, venture capital, and related terminology.
Experience coordinating with design teams and scheduling content on social media platforms.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and communication tools like Slack.
