REQUIREMENTS
3+ experience in a customer-facing support role.
Great English communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable over Zoom-calls
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Skilled in communicating with executives and high-level clients.
Experience diagnosing customer issues, identifying solutions, and managing escalations.
Experience with representing the “Voice of the Customer”; documenting customer-driven insights and advocating internally for customer needs.
Exercises sound judgment in decision-making to consistently deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
NICE TO HAVES
Experience creating customer support videos and articles.
Experience managing small projects and coordinating internal resources for customer satisfaction.
Experience with upsell opportunities and requesting customer testimonials/referrals.
Experience with churn prevention strategies
