About the role
As the Head of Growth Marketing, you’ll work closely with our Head of Growth, the team of Content and Product Marketers, and the Marketing agencies. You’ll be developing multi-channel, data-driven growth strategies to drive demand throughout the funnel and influence content, design, and messaging. You’ll think conceptually and strategically to drive growth through the entire funnel, developing multi-channel targeted strategies, and partnering across our marketing and sales team to successfully execute growth and acquisition plans.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize performance data and experimentation to inform strategies and prioritize efforts.
Implement a multi-channel approach to generate sales pipeline, optimizing performance at each stage of the funnel.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to align data-driven content, design, channels, and spending.
Work with agencies to communicate insights, delegate tasks, and ensure alignment and success.
Understand target audiences and personas, designing experiments to test new audiences and channels.
Monitor channel performance, develop growth goals, and track program performance to ensure goals are met.
Work with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to optimize programs, campaigns, and landing pages.
Stay updated on industry and marketing trends to innovate marketing channels and programs.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong experience in SEO, and performance marketing
Strong experience with multi-channel strategies
Experience working with agencies and consultants
Analytical and metrics driven
Track record of successful impact on user growth
