Position:  Talent Acquisition Specialist

Salary:  $1000-$1300 USD / month, plus bonus for each hire you make

Company Location: Canada

Hours: full time EST with flexibility

Benefits: full-time remote, 13th month pay, stipend to use on HMU or mobile backup, and flexible vacation/sick leave

Job Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates at Typescouts. You'll be working on various client profiles, doing end-to-end recruitment work for both the Philippines and South America/LatAm.

Requirements

  • Partner with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top candidates globally.

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and talent databases, to identify and engage with potential candidates.

  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for remote and global roles.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruiter, with a focus on sourcing and hiring candidates globally.

  • Proven experience in the South American/LatAm market

  • Proven experience hiring candidates for US companies

  • Familiarity with active sourcing (outbound)
