Position: Team Lead

Working hours: 9am - 5pm EST

Salary: USD$25k - $30k / year + benefit at bottom

ABOUT THE COMPANY

They are a telemedicine clinic for men, helping them be healthier and live longer. Located in San Francisco, they are growing very quickly!

Backed by YCombinator and other top healthcare & consumer investors, they’ve grown >100x since Sept 2022 (currently growing >30% MoM) and are strongly cashflow positive.

They will have served 1 million clients by the end of 2026, and 10 million clients by the end of 2028.

Their mission is to solve male obesity worldwide, by accelerating the take-up of GLP-1s in middle-aged men. From this, they’ll become the world’s leading men’s health brand.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Team Lead, you’ll be at the heart of the operations, crucially influencing team performance and elevating our service delivery.

On one hand, you’ll be learning and coaching your team to provide exceptional client satisfaction. On the other, you’ll get your hands dirty, oversee a high-performing team, constantly be learning, and withstand the pressure of competing priorities under rapid growth.

You will report directly to the Operations Lead and collaborate closely with other key leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Leadership & Coaching: Direct and mentor a team of care coordinators, ensuring high motivation and professional growth.

  2. Operational Excellence: Manage operations and service standards, seeking continuous improvements.

  3. Communication & Client Engagement: Foster effective communication and enhance client satisfaction through proactive service.

  4. Problem Resolution & Innovation: Tackle issues efficiently and drive innovative solutions to enhance client experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience with leadership

  • Experience with team motivation, performance and operational management

  • Experience in a customer support role in last few years

  • Experience managing daily operations (overseeing team activities/performance)

  • Expertise in coaching and mentoring team members.

  • Coming from a fast-paced environment where there are high ticket volumes

  • Plus: +3 years of experience with leadership

  • Compensation: $25k-$30k/yr total compensation (salary + equity)
