About the role and why it’s unique:
- Source and attract top technical talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques
- Interview and assess candidates technical skills, experience and cultural fit
- Tell a compelling brand story to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, both short and long term and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilize internal ATS (Greenhouse) to track candidates and keep pipeline progress up to date
- Conduct weekly hiring syncs providing data driven updates and insights to key stakeholders
- Pull hiring metrics for requisitions you are supporting and develop creative solutions to obtain efficiency in the hiring process
Who you are:
- 3-5 years of full lifecycle supporting corporate functions, preferably in-house
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an extreme commitment to detail
- Strong sourcing, screening and offer negotiation skills
- Highly curious – you’re interested in asking questions, speaking up, and raising concerns when needed
- Able to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and someone who is seen as a trusted advisor
- Someone who is comfortable in a metrics driven environment
- Can work in a fast paced environment and handle ambiguous situations
