About product: Our product is a multi-functional web platform designed for seamless global communication. It enables users to exchange messages, gifts, and content effortlessly, and boasts an intuitive UX/UI and high loading capacity. Our primary user base resides in Tier-1 countries, and we aim to break into the top 5 in our niche within the next three years, expanding our presence in the LATAM and Asian markets.
\n- Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and rates with partners
- Develop and refine workflows for partners
- Analyze partner performance using current metrics and create new ones as needed
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Establish KPIs to manage partners’ efficiency and quality growth
- Keep management updated on goals, progress, KPIs, issues, and plans
- Suggest improvements for current products and processes
- Gather feedback from partners/users to ideate new products and features
- 1+ years of experience in Account Management or a related field
- Upper-Intermediate level of Spanish
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in product and business metrics to measure project success
