As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Product Manager to join our Enterprise product team, reporting to Enterprise R&D leadership. The role involves working with top global companies in a dynamic and expanding field, addressing complex challenges as large companies explore new approaches to working with freelance talent.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and own specific parts of the Enterprise roadmap, initially focusing on expansion areas but being adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Lead initiatives aimed at increasing the scale and capabilities of the Enterprise platform, including the release of new features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers to create a product roadmap, emphasizing the achievement of desired outcomes.
- Strive to build enterprise-grade capabilities with a user-friendly, consumer-level simplicity.
- Identify and understand user needs and pain points, and develop strategies to improve activation for our customers.
- Create a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on value and market demand.
- Incubate promising ideas to achieve product-market fit.
What it takes to catch our eye:
- 3 + years of proven experience in B2B SaaS product management within HR technologies or related fields.
- Understand product operations and how they relate to product management.
- A good grasp of technical concepts relevant to the product.
- Focus on driving foundational improvements and long-term strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about creating delightful experiences for both the end-user and our teams.
- Invested in achieving meaningful impact, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategy.
- Experience working with emerging technologies and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and methodologies.
The annual base salary for this position in California and Washington ranges from $124,000 - $185,000. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
