Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with expertise in HR systems to join our team on a contract basis. This role will focus on managing HRIS-related projects in the areas of Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and core HCM. While experience with Workday is highly preferred, we are open to candidates with strong knowledge and experience in HR and HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage product strategies in the HRIS domain, particularly in Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and core HCM.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Oversee the implementation, upgrades, or optimization of HRIS platforms, including troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
- Provide subject matter expertise in HR processes and technologies to ensure effective project execution.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in HR and HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred).
- Demonstrated expertise in Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and core HCM modules.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining collaboration across teams.
Additional Information
- Must be US-based and able to work US business hours.
- Contract position running through March 31, 2025.
- 100% remote work, no travel expected.
