What You’ll Do:
Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.Drive financial operations for a multi-site healthcare group.Lead financial integration for acquisitions across the South and Southeast.Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.Help shape key business decisions with clear financial analysis.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 8+ years in healthcare finance (MSO, ASC, or PPM).Track Record: Expertise in growth-stage, private equity-backed companies.Skills: Strong ERP and financial software experience; CPA preferred.Leadership: Proven ability to develop and lead finance teams.Location Flexibility: Based within a 2-hour flight of Philadelphia; occasional in-office time required.
