The Role

• Creating high-quality content that works for people and search engines 
• This isn’t an “old school” long-form play. This is about cutting-edge content that gives readers digestible but extremely high-quality content.
• The content should win on search engines, drive traffic, and convert into sales.

• The person can generate 8/9 high-quality pieces per month.
• The content can show results on search engines and meet or exceed internal quality standards 
• Able to implement and follow internal guidelines.
• The person will start to show a deep understanding of the subject matter and start to bring ideas on how to elevate content
• The person will bring ideas that go beyond written content and cover other aspects of content creation (specifically considering UI and visual elements)
• The writer will have a strong knowledge of how best-in-class content looks in the vertical.

The Person

• Strong content creation skills
• Extremely high agency and intellectual capacity 
• High levels of creativity
• Enthusiasm for the subject area (at the very least, alternative therapies) 
• Is able to lead on  the research 
• Proven track record of ranking content in search engines - doesn't need to be traditionally SEO optimised.
