Shape the Brand of 15 Unique Restaurants!
A rapidly expanding restaurant group with 13 (soon to be 15!) unique locations across New York, New Jersey, and Florida is seeking a Lead Creative Designer.
The Group is building a diverse portfolio of dining experiences, from cozy cafes to vibrant cocktail bars, and is looking for a talented Lead Creative Designer to help shape the visual identity.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Craft engaging social media content that captures the unique vibe of each of the 13 (and growing!) restaurant and bar locations.
- Design and rapidly update menus, ensuring they're both beautiful and easy for the team to manage.
- Create eye-catching promotional materials (flyers, posters, digital assets) for events, special offers, and new openings.
- Collaborate on website design updates, ensuring a consistent and compelling online presence.
- Design visually appealing email blasts to keep customers informed and engaged.
- Work within existing brand guidelines (and help refine them!) to create a cohesive look and feel across all locations, while still celebrating the individual character of each restaurant.
- Proactively develop marketing materials and campaigns, staying ahead of deadlines and helping avoid last-minute scrambles.
The Person
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing work across social media, print, and web.
- Expertise in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- A strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to work within (and contribute to) brand guidelines.
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a huge plus!
- Experience with website design (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) is also desirable.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills – the individual will be working closely with partners and the team.
- Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Three Key Priorities
- Rapidly produce high-quality design assets for social media, menus, and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency while effectively showcasing the individual character of each restaurant concept.
- Proactively create marketing materials and campaigns to stay ahead of deadlines and avoid last-minute rushes (ultimately relieving day-to-day operational pressure from the leadership team).
