As the Chief of Staff at Vantage, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and the executive leadership team, ensuring alignment and execution across key priorities and initiatives. This pivotal role requires a dynamic professional who can navigate both strategic and operational tasks, acting as a trusted advisor and a key driver of organizational effectiveness. You will work across departments, streamlining communication, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the CEO’s vision is translated into actionable results. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Partner with the CEO to define and drive strategic priorities and company objectives.
Monitor progress on key initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and timelines.
Identify roadblocks, propose solutions, and ensure execution across departments.
Leadership Support:
Act as a thought partner and sounding board for the CEO on strategic decisions and business challenges.
Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for the CEO, Board, and executive leadership team.j
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments, breaking down silos and fostering a unified approach to company goals.
Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.
Serve as a liaison between the executive team and key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Operational Excellence:
Help coordinate internal operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Develop and implement processes and systems to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
Oversee special projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
Organizational Culture and Development:
Partner with the HR lead and Director of Finance to ensure leadership development and team cohesion.
Act as a champion for Vantage’s culture, driving initiatives that foster engagement, inclusivity, and alignment with company values.
Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership role, such as Chief of Staff, Management Consulting, or a similar position.
Proven track record of using strategic analysis to direct cross-functional initiatives and then driving business outcomes.
Experience in a fast-paced or tech environment is highly desirable.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) with understanding of accounting is preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with superior writing skills. Must have the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
High degree of organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs.
