- As an AWS Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the infrastructure. You will be using public cloud platforms - AWS to build solutions solving business problems and making innovative use of SaaS and PaaS offerings. - Work collaboratively with different stakeholders and teams to deliver dynamic and cost optimized infrastructure solutions.
- Estimate and plan Features and User stories
- Hands on experience on debugging and resolving infrastructure issues in no time.
- Learn and optimize existing infrastructure and processes.
- Provide SME level production support as required
- Good to have knowledge and experience on DevOps Activities.
- 4+ years of experience in Cloud Design & Development using AWS.
- Implementation knowledge of end-to-end infrastructure design.
- People Management
- Practical knowledge on Infrastructure Design, System Designing and Design Principles
- Nice to have AWS Certified Associate/Architect
- Expertise in Cloud Governance and compliance.
- Experience in managing infrastructure using Code (Cloud Formation/Terraform).
- Familiarity with data center concepts and best practices, high - availability systems, capacity planning, system performance evaluation, and diagnostic techniques and methodologies.
- Develop automation scripts (using Python / Python / Shell / Power shell/ VB scripts) and batch files for automation of system and application administration on cloud.
- Proactively maintain and develop all AWS infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service
- Engineering of systems administration-related solutions for various project and operational needs
- Nice to have experience in one or more from AWS EMR, Amazon Elastic Search, ECS and Lambda.
- Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
- Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
- 2+ Years of experience in CI / CD, IAC and DevOps.
- 4+ Years of experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and Test Driven development.
- Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers, workstations, and network hardware
- Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment.
- B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech or related
