We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join our fast paced and dynamic Customer Success team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be at the center of our mission, working with internal teams to launch Virta and make our treatment available to those who need it. The ideal candidate will bring world-class project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
Configure or modify core operational setups for clients including but not limited to covered services, eligibility verification and reporting enablement in Salesforce
Manage workflows using templated project plans in Asana and collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders as needed to execute on them
Conduct configuration testing for new customer launches to ensure launch readiness
Establish or modify data integrations for flat file data exchange through SFTP
Capture and distribute meeting minutes for internal launch readiness meeting
Support with new project administrative tasks including but not limited to Google Drive folder creation and permissioning, Slack channel creation and calendaring meetings
Proactively identify launch risks and partner with manager to mitigate as needed
Must-Haves
3-5 years experience in project management, healthcare IT, or software implementation
Ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, keeping all stakeholders updated through clear communication
Detail oriented with ability to document effectively
Comfortable in fast-paced and rapidly-changing startup environments
Familiarity with flat file data exchange involving csv and txt formats, as well as SFTP setups for data transfer
Proficiency with project management tools like Asana and JIRA, as well as Google Workspace and Slack. Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Virta has a location based compensation structure. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
