Job Title: Sourcing / Head Hunting Specialist

Wage: $5 USD - $10 USD / hr

Schedule: 20-40 hrs/week

VirtueStaff is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sourcing / Head Hunting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent across various industries and positions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing, head hunting, and talent acquisition, as well as a deep understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates
• Utilize various sourcing methods and channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and direct head hunting
• Proactively build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive outreach and relationship-building activities
• Source candidates using various tools and platforms
• Reach out to candidates using pre-written messages
• Send thank you emails and follow-up communications
• Utilize SourceWhale to create business development and candidate sourcing campaigns
• Handle client invoicing
• Manage transactions in QuickBooks
• Oversee social media presence
• Create LinkedIn posts using Canva
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media management and digital design (Canva)
• Basic financial management skills for invoicing and bookkeeping

• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Head Hunter, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including online platforms, professional networks, and direct head hunting
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel
• Proficiency in Bullhorn
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Familiarity with Apollo, Zoom Info, or other
• Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
• Experience with Canva
