👩‍💻 WHAT TO EXPECT

Recruitment

  • Manage the end-to-end interview process; conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate technical competencies and culture fit, scheduling interviews and providing timely feedback to candidates

  • Work with the team to understand job requirements and create job descriptions

  • Develop ‘always on’ talent pipelines, engaging active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, community engagement referral generation and other creative means

  • Ensure the best candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process

  • Use data-driven metrics to improve recruitment strategies and provide insights into the hiring process

  • Lead initiatives on performance feedback

  • Understand workforce planning and resource forecasting

  • Work with Marketing to drive employer branding

Operations

  • Lead onboarding journey for new starters

  • Implementation and/or improvement of processes from hire-to-pay, employee lifecycle

  • Draft and implement People policies

  • Lead of implementation of employee benefits in line with company scaling

  • Work with Finance on monthly payroll and employment changes

💪 THE SKILLS YOU'LL BRING

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build reports and establish effective working relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a start-up or fast-past tech company

  • Comfortable working on diverse positions throughout the organization e.g. sales, customer experience, product, engineering, finance, marketing

  • In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a timely manner

  • Vendor management + contract negotiation experience

  • Experience hiring US based candidates
