We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to join our fully-remote team. This is a unique opportunity as you will be the first marketing hire. We came this far with a product-led approach. Now, it’s time to ramp up the marketing engine.

About The Role
As a Marketing Lead at Vitals, you'll play a key role in driving growth across multiple channels.
Do we expect someone who knows it all? No, not at all.
Just like our all-in-one app is good enough at many but great at only a handful of jobs, we’re looking for someone who shines in a few areas and can manage the others with the help of agencies or freelancers.
What You’ll Do
Although we expect you to tell us what you should be working on, here are some ideas:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and more.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive app installs.
- Run experiments to drive quick learnings and reduce risks.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and leverage data insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define target audience segments (ICPs), messaging frameworks, and launch big bold bets.
- Stay on top of trends within the Shopify ecosystem.
- Build relationships with affiliates to come up with novel ways of pitching Vitals.
- Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and maximize ROI.
The Hiring Process
- Round 1: Chat with Adam, our COO. Talk about the role, Vitals, and your experience.
- Round 2: Take-home assignment. We’d like to see your analytical and creative skills shine. We’re mindful of your time, so expect an exercise that takes no more than 2 hours. You’ll get the chance to present the assignment during a video call.
- Round 3: Meet the team.
- Round 4: Offer.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving results in a startup/scale-up environment.
- Strong track record in the e-commerce industry. Hands-on Shopify experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Self-starter with an innate curiosity
- Deep expertise in (at least) one of the following areas: content / SEO, partnerships, affiliate marketing, BTL (comms & events)
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Significant overlap with CET Timezone (± 4 hours)
