As part of this effort, we’re looking for a Head of Product to create the Voltage Park platform and tooling for our customers, as well as continue to improve our spot market exchange product offering on-demand use of our 24,000 Nvidia H100-powered supercomputers. This is a greenfield product that you’ll be building from the ground up.
This is a player-coach role, and you’ll be hands-on and build a team as we grow. As an early hire, you’ll also have outsize influence in defining the company’s culture and ensuring mission success.
What you’ll do:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our cloud management platform, aligning with the company's overall goals and market trends and customers’ needs
Create and prioritize a detailed product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and timelines based on customer feedback, market research, and industry best practices.
Lead the communication framework to customers for this novel product in the market
Use performance-based data, along with user research, to guide the user journey on our auctions platform
Hands on product management, including requirements gathering feature definition and optimization of product performance
Build consensus across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and technical support, to bring our products to life
Hire, mentor and manage our future product and product design team as we grow over time
Qualifications:
7 years of experience as a Product Manager in the cloud computing or SaaS industry
Experience managing and hiring
Comprehensive understanding of cloud technologies, including containerization, orchestration, and automation tools
You’re user obsessed, using usability studies, research and market analysis to to put yourself in our customers’ shoes
You’re adept at using performance-based data and metrics to drive decision making and influence stakeholders
You’re agile and excited about being hands-on in a small, start-up environment, with a passion for iterating quickly. No job is too small at our current size.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products or platforms from concept to delivery
You have excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and gain consensus across teams.
