- Understand and leverage financial transaction and customer data schemas to drive improvements in Client Experience Operations (CXO).
- Own the reporting and analysis for the CXO team. Develop key performance metrics, generate insights, and pinpoint drivers of customer feedback.
- Architect, test, and deploy data models in our cloud data warehouse that will be used as the source of truth for analytics across the CXO organization.
- Build and maintain our key Business Intelligence dashboards for the CXO team. Work with senior business leaders for feedback and to make regular updates
- Create and maintain thorough documentation in an environment of continuous integration. Manage the data dictionary for the CXO team, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Present key metrics and insights to the leadership team. Use data to tell a compelling story, highlighting important conclusions and actionable recommendations.
- Support key initiatives from CXO business leaders. Evaluate the impact of new pilots and scaling projects, guiding strategic decisions with data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries for data analysis. Ensure query efficiency and accuracy, and possess the ability to troubleshoot and debug as needed.
- Data Analytics Experience - 3 years experience in Data Analytics or Business Insights. Experience working with Customer Support and/or Sales organizations is an asset.
- Data & analytics: Strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to drive insights into actionable recommendations. Strong proficiency with SQL and the ability to develop elegant and user friendly visualizations.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Action orientation: A clear bias for action and ability to act without being told what to do, takes full ownership over work and seeks help and input when needed.
- Passion for clients - Is incredibly passionate about our clients and our products.
- Data Systems Experience - Experience with business intelligence tools, version control, and programming fundamentals is an asset.
