Role Summary
This is a freelance position to support our Paid Media team. You will play an important role as an advisor in Paid Media best practices (including Paid Search and Paid Social) in the Chinese Market.
This project will initially require 5-10 hours of work in the next weeks to help in crafting a pitch for one of our clients focusing on the Chinese Market and advertising platforms. If the pitch is successful, this could turn into an ongoing role with a workload of up to 5 hours per week.
\n- Advising on best practices in Paid Search and Paid Social for the Chinese market
- Giving insights and recommendations about the Chinese market to our Paid Media team
- Defining optimization strategies for customers
- Optimizing paid media campaigns toward client goals
- Building campaigns across multiple paid media platforms by working with the wider Paid media team
- Attending appropriate calls/meetings with clients and the rest of the team
- Ideally 3-4 years in a role utilizing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong experience in Chinese Advertising Platforms like Baidu, WeChat, Weibo, Maimai, Zhihu etc.
- Experience working with B2B accounts
- Demonstrable experience in planning, implementing and optimizing paid media campaigns
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- All relevant certifications across major media buying platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is desirable
- Experience in supporting and training junior team members is desirable
- Native level of Chinese and strong understanding of the Chinese Culture
