About the Position
Wheel Health is searching for an innovative and experienced individual for the role of Director, Digital Marketing and Engagement. This role will have responsibility for leading web strategy and development, digital marketing, marketing technology and analytics. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, and scrappy - able to create and deliver best-in-class digital marketing and engagement solutions. This role is essential to Wheel’s current objectives and future strategic plan/growth strategy.
What You’ll Do (4 Core Parts)
Digital Strategy/Web, Acquisition Marketing, Engagement
Develop and communicate clear digital strategic roadmap as well as tangible priorities for digital web/mobile development.
Build, test and optimize cross channel marketing campaigns including content, SEO/SEM, and paid advertisements to drive lead acquisition and elevate brand awareness
Define best practice strategies for campaign landing page environments; consistently optimized to yield increased ROI.
Partner with VP Marketing, Director of Integrated Campaigns to create and deliver high-impact, measurable results for digital marketing programs.
Marketing Technology & Operations
Lead development and optimization of Wheel website and digital experience.
Establish digital engagement/marketing technology roadmap and plan for successful talent and budget resourcing.
Work closely with the sales team to increase the quality and quantity of inbound leads, own the lead scoring / nurture SOPs, definitions, and programs
Manage digital platforms and digital production capabilities, for example: CRM technology (Salesforce), Marketing automation (Pardot), Website (Wordpress, Craft, etc), as well as social media and analytics.
Analytics/Data
Lead Marketing analytics and reporting capabilities / function in partnership with VP Marketing
Provide regular analytics and insights for executive leadership reporting. Ensure the department has an analytics technology stack and skills needed for function.
Team & Functional Leadership
Advance new strategies while ensuring ongoing digital operations continue effectively, even in the face of resourcing and budget constraints.
Forecast and recommend budgets and resources needed for digital strategic initiatives
Partnering with the VP Marketing, establish project intake governance and prioritization to ensure effective resource allocation of talent and product capabilities.
Foster a highly collaborative working relationship with peers to create cross-functional teams in support of marketing plan implementation and business objectives.
Establish strong vendor, agency and business partnerships to ensure successful, compliant project execution.
Lead and partner on complex, enterprise, cross-functional projects that align critical stakeholders and secure effective design and execution of project plans.

Who you are
7+ years in B2B digital marketing experience (SaaS)
Data-driven planner and strategist; thorough understanding of current marketing technology stack and demonstrated ability to create strong end-to-end digital engagement.
Experience leading and managing Marketing operations and processes, including lead management (scoring), database management, segmentation, email marketing, and analytics.
Proven track record in managing, optimizing and evolving marketing technology and analytics platforms
Experience and familiarity with research and analysis of data - and the ability to design, produce and interpret data
Customer-centric, always seeks to optimize customer ease of access/experience.
Highly collaborative; working effectively as part of an experienced, diverse team and successfully advocating for strong ideas.
Digital marketing experience - marketing automation, landing pages, A/B testing, CRM-journeys for lead capture, nurturing and conversion.
Track record of managing multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Salesforce, Marketing Automation, and MarTech Tools to drive ABM
Advanced Level at Salesforce - including Campaigns, integrations with marketing platforms, APIs, etc
Advanced Level at SEO, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Linkedin Ads
Advanced Level at Wordpress, including integrations with forms and other plugins
Process-focused approach with desire to roll-up your sleeves and solve problems
Strong communication and performance measurement skills
