About the Position
Wheel Health is searching for an innovative and experienced individual for the role of Product Marketing Manager. This person will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the adoption and success of Wheel’s product offerings. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, and scrappy - able to create and deliver best-in-class product marketing assets. This role is essential to Wheel’s current objectives and future strategic plan/growth strategy.
What You'll Do
Product Positioning and Messaging:
Develop compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Wheel’s products.
Collaborate with the product team to understand product capabilities, features, and benefits and translate them into clear and persuasive value propositions.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches and announcements.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to inform product and marketing strategies.
Customer Insights and Feedback:
Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Develop customer personas and use cases to guide marketing and sales efforts.
Sales Enablement:
Develop sales tools and materials to support the sales team, including presentations, product demos, and training materials.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively sell Wheel’s products.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of product marketing experience in the healthcare or technology industry.
Strong understanding of the healthcare market, trends, and customer needs.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with internal teams.
Highly organized with strong project management skills.
