About the Role
The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers on the team to refine requirements and design against those requirements. You will use your broad set of skills to deliver great, user centered experiences.
What You’ll Do
While we don’t expect that candidates will have deep experience in all of the following skills, we are looking for teammates whose skills and experiences will contribute to the following areas:
Define problems and provide analysis.
Conduct research and provide outcomes based on research.
Work with the R&D team on Ideation, concepting, and brainstorming for solutions.
Provide interaction design and prototyping as needed.
Provide visual design expertise.
Help build out usage of modern tools, and design systems for current and future use.
Work effectively with product and engineering partners to achieve product shipping deadlines.
Design within (and of) large, complex systems.
Create design solutions that drive business outcomes through to the finish.
Who You Are
No less than 5 years of experience, but ideally at least 7-8 years of UX and product design is a must.
Degree not required, but subsequent work experience in place of degree is required.
Healthcare experience preferred, but start-up experience required.
Ability to work in a small fast paced team environment a must and ability to work autonomously required.
Experience working with product managers and engineers required.
Having shipped a product you helped design required.
Prior experience using Figma required.
