WinnCompanies is searching for a Learning and Operations Support Specialist to provide integrated training and operations performance consulting for military project sites with a focus on property management and maintenance facilities operations. In this role, you will partner with Directors of Property Management, Executive Managers, Facilities, Marketing, Operations Technology, and Accounting to identify training needs at project sites and to deliver training programs and recommend solutions for improving employee and resident engagement. In addition, this person will be responsible for developing and delivering training manuals, online learning modules and course materials utilizing a variety of instructional techniques.

 

This position offers a salary range of $68,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience. Please note that this is a remote position that requires travel at least 50% of the time. Candidates must live in a state that WinnCompanies currently operates in. Applications will be accepted until 5:00pm on 5/03/2024.

Responsibilities
  • Provide training support for policy, procedure and process implementation.
  • Support onboarding process for new employees entering key roles.
  • Provide integrated Yardi and Task training.
  • Serve as performance consultant to site leadership, including the Director of Property Management (DPM), Property Manager and Director of Maintenance.
  • Identify gaps in performance, training needs as well as work environment opportunities and make recommendation to site leadership.
  • Assist with individual employee development plans and the planning, training and rollout of company initiatives.
  • Ensure site employees are in compliance with required company training, conduct remote compliance assessments and develop action plans.
  • Maintain accurate, neat and orderly records and manage travel expenses.
  • Partner with Directors of Property Management to monitor resident and employee satisfaction and implement resident satisfaction survey action plans.
  • Dedicated remote workspace free of distractions.


Requirements
  • Associate’s degree in Business Related field.
  • 5 - 8 years of related work experience.
  • Travel requirement is a minimum of 50%.
  • Superior analytical skills including the ability to assess a situation, gather information systematically to establish fact and identify key issues.
  • Proficient with mobile devices and platforms and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Comfortable speaking and facilitating in front of a group including in-person and virtual training
  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
  • Ability to work independently, manage schedule and workload appropriately


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in Leasing or Property Management Operations
  • Yardi or other similar industry software tools
  • Curriculum development experience
  • Process and policy creation knowledge
  • Training and learning content creation development experience and certifications
  • Experience in Military Housing
