URGENT: Bilingual Lead Generation Specialist (Spanish)

Description
- Conduct research to identify potential leads in Mexico, including companies and individuals interested in safety products.
- Use various platforms (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to reach potential clients and generate interest in business offerings.
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
- Pre-qualify leads based on interest, need, and potential fit.
- Schedule appointments for on-the-ground sales representatives to meet with qualified prospects.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, calls, and appointments using CRM tools.
- Achieve a target of 40 leads per month after an initial ramp-up period.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve lead-generation strategies.
- Build a pipeline of potential clients and refine outreach techniques to enhance success rates.
Hard Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and platforms for tracking leads and appointments. GHL experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and stay organized in a remote environment.
Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM CST
