Description
- Create engaging content (graphics, captions, and videos) using provided raw footage and brand guidelines.
- Schedule daily posts across 4 platforms and maintain a consistent look and feel for the brand.
- Respond to direct messages, comments, and customer inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage social media engagement, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media, addressing questions about products, orders, and customizations.
- Manage weekend customer service tasks to ensure coverage and quick response times.
- Collaborate with in-house staff to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Hard Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills with excellent English proficiency.
- Experience in content creation (graphics, basic video editing) and social media management.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks daily.
- Customer service experience is a must, preferably in email or social media channels.
- Ability to conduct online research and maintain organized data records.
