URGENT: General Virtual Assistant - Influencer Database Specialist

Compensation: $3.00 - $4.00 / hour

Identify potential Instagram influencers and creators in line with the brand’s target audience.
Compile and organize data into a structured Excel spreadsheet, including key information like contact details, follower counts, and engagement metrics.
Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date database.
Attend a walkthrough session to understand the criteria and guidelines for influencer selection.
Apply established criteria to ensure quality leads are included in the database.
Provide customer support, including responding to inquiries and assisting with product-related queries.
Assist in managing influencer communication and outreach.

Experience in influencer research, social media marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with Instagram analytics tools or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and data management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good communication skills to collaborate with the client and ensure expectations are met.
