URGENT: Lead Generation & Appointment Setter Assistant

Description
- Conduct research to identify potential corporate clients in need of senior software engineers.
- Use LinkedIn as the primary platform to connect with prospects, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator (if applicable).
- Engage with leads through personalized messages and professional relationship-building techniques.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and contacts in the CRM (Zoho or similar).
- Set appointments with potential clients for discovery meetings or service presentations.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide feedback on outreach strategies and contribute to setting up or improving automation tools if needed.
- Track and report weekly progress, including the number of appointments set and conversion rates.
- Aim to set at least 10 qualified appointments per week.
- Prioritize quality leads to improve overall conversion rates (1–2% target).
Hard Requirements:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent relationship-building ability; proficiency with LinkedIn and CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Goal-oriented, persistent, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability during Eastern or Pacific Time Zones (Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM).
- Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to business processes as required.
