Description
- Answer calls professionally, provide information about training services, and address client inquiries.
- Follow up with leads who inquired about courses, convert them into bookings, and maintain client relationships.
- Assist with lead generation and conversion, ensuring all customer touchpoints are documented and optimized for sales.
- Respond to customer queries via email or phone promptly, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Manage the business email. Filter inquiries, redirect emails as needed, and maintain organized email folders in Google Workspace.
- Schedule and update training sessions, corporate bookings, and ensure no double bookings.
- Handle administrative follow-ups such as organizing and updating training schedules and client records.
- Assist in preparing and updating course flyers and promotional material.
- Use Dialpad to handle calls and support communications effectively.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment on promotions and course schedules.
- Communicate via WhatsApp Business or Slack for internal team updates and real-time coordination.
Hard Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Dialpad, WhatsApp Business, and Slack is a plus.
