URGENT: Sales and Customer Support Assistant (neutral American accent is required)

Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective residential and commercial customers.
• Identify customer needs and sell pest control services and treatments.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to sell additional services.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly outbound call quotas.
• Accurately log customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Answer inquiries from customers regarding pest control services and treatments.

Hard Requirements:

• American neutral accent is required.
• Proven experience in outbound B2C and B2B sales.
• Strong phone communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to pitch products/services and overcome objections.
• Motivated self-starter with a tenacious work ethic.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week
