Description
- Create and schedule social media content using Vista Social.
- Develop a monthly content calendar and seek approval before scheduling posts.
- Manage email newsletters through Mailchimp.
- Create and execute campaigns based on monthly promotions.
- Develop drip campaigns using Calendly and Mailchimp to engage potential clients.
- Segment clients based on consultations booked and tailor drip campaigns accordingly.
- Establish a sales pipeline for leads within our legal case management software.
- Implement follow-up procedures and organize lead engagement activities.
- Use Canva to design marketing collateral such as booklets, flyers, and presentations.
- Ensure marketing materials are updated in accordance with relevant legal changes.
- Edit existing videos to create shorter promotional clips for marketing purposes.
- Assist in the creation of new video content, including light editing and repurposing.
- Conduct research on industry awards, speaking engagements, writing opportunities, and podcast guest appearances.
- Provide recommendations for participation in relevant events and opportunities.
Hard Requirements:
- Prior experience in social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
- Proficiency in tools such as Vista Social, Mailchimp, Canva, and video editing software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with working on a camera and sharing screen setup all throughout the shift.
