The Role
Wpromote is looking for a creative and passionate Associate Director, Organic Social to both manage organic social for a small number of clients and have direct ownership over Wpromote’s Organic Social delivery and growth. The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $95,000 - $110,000, based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions

\n- Creating innovative content strategies for social platforms based on unique client messaging, voice, objectives and target audiences
- Developing Wpromote’s unique value propositions for our emerging Organic Social delivery, creating sales and marketing materials, creating business processes & workflows, training team members on Organic Social best practices and actively participating in new business pitches
- Coordinating content creation, planning, scheduling, and community management
- Managing 3-5 clients across B2C and B2B; directly accountable for these brands’ organic social presence including engagement, reach and growth
- Cross collaborating with Content Marketing, Paid Social, Performance Creative and Influencer Marketing departments to craft integrated campaigns for current and new clients
- Leveraging data including but not limited to platform insights, audience trends and brand insights to create an organic social strategy
- Working directly with media and platform partners including TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat and Reddit to ensure Wpromote is delivering on latest and greatest platform opportunities
- Operating as an Individual Contributor with a long-term opportunity to manage a team of Organic Social specialists
- 5+ years of experience across various social media platforms and best practices including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and/or Reddit with a strong understanding of social and digital landscape
- 2+ years of experience in new business pitches; excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Passion for trailblazing and determination to deliver inspiring, creative with impressive results for our clients
- Ability to track and analyze social trends, engagement, and sentiment to provide actionable insights for social campaigns
- Experience managing social commerce across TikTok and Meta
- Proficient in writing creative briefs, briefing creative teams, and guiding the development of the creative work; pitching creative campaigns to clients
- Expertise with community management, proactively monitoring and handling consumer interactions, comments, and messages across social platforms.
- Proficiency with some or all of the following tools: Brandwatch, Tubular, Sprout Social Hootsuite, Meltwater, Billo, Trend.io, Google Analytics
- Working knowledge with post-production creative edits utilizing Canva or other related design tools. Influencer and creator marketplace experience
