Wpromote is looking for a sharp Coordinator to join our Email & Lifecycle Marketing team that will be managing the coordination of day-to-day marketing campaigns for Email, SMS, and App Push for a Wpromote client that is in the athletic apparel retailer industry.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $55,000 - $85,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
**While this position is remote-friendly, this individual must reside in PT and preferably within the Los Angeles area.

\n- Serving as the primary support role to CRM Manager
- Coordinating all day-to-day marketing campaigns across channels in all phases from ideation, strategy, brief development, routing brief updates, assigning asana tasks, tracking creative delivery, routing feedback, and passing assets to production
- Taking notes at all required meetings, formatting and sharing them with CRM Manager and Director post-meetings highlighting follow-ups
- Actioning any updates on related Asana tasks and following up with CRM Manager on any action needed post-meeting
- Primary lead for retail marketing (New Store Openings, retail event, community event) messages across email and sms
- Tracking tasks via Asana, tracking creative delivery, managing requests and feedback from the retail marketing team, passing assets to production, and scheduling
- 1-3 years of email marketing or marketing coordination experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business preferred
- Knowledge of applicable computer programs including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong workflow management, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, receptive to feedback, excel at time management, have the ability to organize complex information, and manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
- Experience working within a Project Management platform preferably Asana & Miro
