The Role
Wpromote is looking for a sharp Production Manager to join our Email & Lifecycle Marketing team that will be the primary campaign producer for Email, SMS, and marketing campaigns. The Production Manager is responsible for setting up journeys and campaigns on SFMC, Bluecore, Airship, and Attentive for a Wpromote client that is in the athletic apparel retailer industry.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $65,000 - $85,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
**While this position is remote-friendly, this individual must reside in PT and preferably within the Los Angeles area.

\n- The primary campaign producer on the team for day-to-day marketing campaigns; responsible for setting up journeys and campaigns on SFMC, Bluecore, Airship, and Attentive
- Partnering with Sr. CRM Developer to build emails from the assets provided and set up the journeys with correct segmentation (based on Asana tickets) in SFMC/Bluecore
- Setting up Attentive SMS campaigns based on Asana ticket information and then passing off to QA for approval; once approved, responsible for scheduling
- Setting up Airship Push marketing campaigns and routing to QA for approval before scheduling
- Communicating regularly with QA team, CRM team, etc. along production journey to work out kinks and clarify details or changes
- Supporting Sr. CRM Developer (as needed) on building/revising email automations in Bluecore, SMS automations in Attentive, and Push automations in Airship for Roadmap projects
- Supporting Sr. CRM Developer (as needed) on Mar-Tech data-related roadmap projects
- Providing backup support for Coordinator as needed
- At least 3+ years working in CRM / Email marketing experience in SFMC, Bluecore, Airship, and Attentive
- Experience production for leading on Email, SMS, and Push programs
- Experience leading on Mobile App Push Notifications is a plus
- Experience strategizing and executing comprehensive list segmentation, life cycle/drip automations and triggered events within an ESP
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The desire to solve problems and create solutions
- Ability to hit the ground running and pick up new skills
- Client-centric mindset constantly seeking ways to drive client success
- Strong project management skills maintaining client communications across several clients
- Experience with web analytics (GA or Omniture, etc) and setting up UTM tracking
- The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and the ability to work independently
- Experience working within a Project Management platform preferably Asana & Miro
