The Opportunity

Wrapbook is hiring an Operations Enablement Manager to support our Payroll and Tax Operations teams. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and driving adoption of internal processes, and ensuring Operations team members are equipped with the resources to work efficiently and effectively. 

A successful candidate will be well versed in payroll operations and eager to work in a high-velocity, high-growth environment.  

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the Union Payroll, Payroll Operations and Tax Ops team to deeply understand their day-to-day workflows including how they use the system, their workarounds and pain points

  • Create and maintain internal process documentation for Wrapbook’s Payroll and Tax Operations teams  

  • Drive adoption and continual optimization of processes to support SLA adherence and scalability

  • Partner with Product Marketing and other Enablement team members to ensure service and operational readiness for product launches, including writing/revising SOPs, conducting internal training, etc.

  • Lead key initiatives that support operational excellence (ex. standardizing and organizing Standard Operating Procedures, and working with Client Operations leadership to increase employee engagement) 

  • Partner with the team leaders to drive the functional onboarding for new team members for these three groups so these new team members know how to do their day-to-day job. 

  • Provide feedback to the product team on what system enhancements, new tools and product features would be helpful to improve operations efficiency and accuracy.

  • SLA adherence, including timely remittance and payroll processing 

  • SLO adherence, including timely case and escalation management
