The Opportunity – Senior Program Manager II, Trust (Remote - USA / CANADA)

Are you energized by collaborating across departments and solving problems for internal and external customers?
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager II, Trust to join us on our Wrapbook journey. This role will have a significant impact on both internal stakeholders and our Wrapbook customers’ experience.
In this role, you will design, build, and evolve programs to better enable internal stakeholders to incorporate Trust themes and requirements into delightful customer experiences. This program manager will deep dive and build subject matter understanding across Trust topics and collaborate across functions and departments to develop and drive their programs with success. This leader will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to define and drive our overall program strategy and roadmap across Trust topics (e.g., employment compliance, privacy, fraud).
Their programs will help us establish a structured and pragmatic approach to align and comply with the various types of requirements (employment, privacy, fraud, etc.) that Wrapbook and customers are responsible for. They will also help Wrapbook identify opportunities to solve Trust problems holistically (central solution, patterns or components) and delegate problem statements to respective product teams with advice on how to prioritize and deliver the work as well as track and report on progress.
This person must have hands-on experience defining, leading, and delivering on program strategy and roadmaps from the ground up. Must have proven success in breaking down and solving complex problems while operating independently in high ambiguity.
What you'll do:
Some of the programs that you will build and lead include:
Knowledge Development - Proactively research, identify, develop and maintain unified/source of truth resources (e.g., internal wikis, procedures, standards, policies) for applicable rules, industry expectations, and best practices that impact our business and our customers with respect to Wrapbook’s compliance philosophy in collaboration with our Legal team and other applicable internal mechanisms or external resources/sources of data.
Knowledge Distribution - Programs that operationalize/help us practically apply our growing expertise such as incorporating into product requirements (e.g., Trust by Design) and/or other touchpoints throughout the customer journey with Wrapbook.
Industry Compliance Tracking, Measurement and Health - Programs that enable us to maintain/track an understanding of the “health” of our business across various Trust dimensions such as compliance status/progress, risk tracking/mitigation, etc.
Internal and External Education - Programs that enable us to build on our reputation as an industry compliance SME across trust topics; empower stakeholders with our knowledge of complex topics tailored to industry and stakeholder needs to various product and client-facing touchpoints.
Take a data-based approach to develop, prioritize and drive your program roadmap; work with your cross-functional partners to deliver on your roadmap.
Define, measure, and be accountable for the success of your programs.
Use a collaborative approach to influence other teams’ feature/general engineering work that reduces Wrapbook’s exposure to cross-category risk at scale
Use the context you’ll develop to identify opportunities to solve problems in a repeatable way — advise on product teams’ strategy and new feature planning to continuously track how our approach aligns or deviates from our
Collaborate with the rest of Wrapbook’s Trust team (Identity & Data Stewardship, Fraud, Security) to share knowledge and accelerate shared effort.
Support efforts to develop and implement internal risk management controls through tech including designing and implementing policies end-to-end from discovery to compliance.
What you'll have:
5-7 years of program management experience in tech, working closely with cross-functional partners throughout a product management lifecycle
Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills - experience developing programs from scratch and driving alignment and adoption across cross-functional departments; able to simplify complex topics to communicate effectively with various partners.
Experience working closely with counsel/legal departments
Meticulous and thorough research capabilities - able to research and identify risk patterns, leverage high judgment to then develop plans and recommendations on how to proactively address risk via tech, policy, or programs.
Strong critical thinker, creative/flexible problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate
Have the highest integrity when working with sensitive data
Experience leveraging analytics tools to access data insights and draw conclusions on qualitative and quantitative datasets
Experience working backwards from various layers of customer needs to lead the development and implementation of programs
Experience independently defining, prioritizing, delivering, and measuring success for a program roadmap in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
Experience identifying and delivering opportunities to leverage tech to scale manual efforts
Comfortable with ambiguity; have led high-judgment decisions/trade-offs that have significant impact on large organizations
