The Opportunity: Talent Coordinator (Remote - US/Canada)
We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our team. Reporting into our Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will help us by assisting members of the Talent Team. You will be integral in creating a best-in-class candidate experience and ensuring completion of tasks on time across talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and pre-onboarding activities.
What You'll Do:
Communicate effectively with the Talent Team, Hiring Managers, Interviewers and Candidates
Assist in the scheduling (high volume) interviews across multiple time zones and at times with a panel of interviewees
Assist the Talent team in reach-outs and end-to-end candidate experience
Maintain all applications in the ATS (Ashby) and action all candidate communication
Ensure that all data relevant to our recruitment processes is up to date and clear so reporting is accurate; assist with reports on talent metrics
Support pre-onboarding coordination working closely with Hiring Managers, Talent Team members and the HR /People team
Ensure timely and accurate posting of job posts / requisitions to internal / external websites and job boards; coordinate additional job advertising as requested
Take ownership of our workflows and look for opportunities to better our processes - we appreciate fresh eyes and are always looking to improve!
What You’ll Have:
2+ years of experience coordinating recruitment processes with an in-house recruiting team, search firm, or agency
Excellent time management and highly organized in a fast-paced and changing environment
Self-starter with the ability to take direction and work well independently
