Zap is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that elevate our clients' brands and captivate their audiences. You will work on a wide range of projects, including marketing materials, websites, social media graphics, and more, contributing to both internal and external campaigns.

What you’ll be up to:
- Design Creation: Develop engaging and innovative graphic designs for a variety of marketing materials including brochures, banners, digital ads, and social media assets.
- Branding: Work on branding projects, creating logos and visual identities that resonate with target audiences.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including marketers and content creators, to produce cohesive and effective campaign materials.
- Feedback & Iteration: Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously enhance creative output.
- File Preparation: Prepare and export final files for print and digital use, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
What we’re looking for:
The successful candidate will be able to create engaging design concepts and artwork for various media including web, mobile, branding, social media and print.
- Must provide a portfolio of recent work (website, dribbble, behance etc)
- Must have commercial design experience, relevant degree or very strong portfolio
- Be proficient using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
- Experience developing optimised creative for social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment to create ad-hoc graphics for the marketing team for client emails, promotions, offers etc
- Excellent communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work as an individual, as part of a team and to communicate well with clients
Brownie points:
- Experience working with the Wordpress CMS (Content Management)
- Create and edit videos and gifs, working knowledge of AfterEffects or Premiere Pro
- Illustration skills
- Salary is competitive, negotiable and dependent on experience
- Company Bonus 10% of salary once company goals are met or at the company’s discretion which has been paid the past 5 years in a row
- Service Bonus of £1,000 per annum paid into your monthly salary up to 5 years / £5,000
- We operate on a flexible hours system. That means that while your usual hours will be during normal business hours, you have plenty of flexibility within that. Want to take a long lunch break? No worries. Do your best work at 6 am? Go for it.
- We’re a fully remote team, so no 8 am commutes into work
- Work hard, play hard - we offer a minimum of 34 holidays a year (2 weeks of which can be taken over Christmas)
