Zap is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget. What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
- Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, while continuously monitoring progress and adjusting as necessary.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination among departments.
- Identifying project risks and issues, implementing solutions proactively to mitigate setbacks.
- Regularly communicating with clients to provide updates and gather feedback, ensuring their needs are met.
- Documenting project processes, objectives, and outcomes for future reference and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a project manager in a digital agency or similar field.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for persuasive and clear dialogue.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar tools).
- Aptitude for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience using Slack, Monday.com, Google Sheets and Salesforce would be beneficial.
- Company Bonus 10% of salary once company goals are met or at the company’s discretion
- Service Bonus of £1,000 per annum paid into your monthly salary up to 5 years / £5,000
- We operate on a flexible hours system. That means that while your usual hours will be during normal business hours, you have plenty of flexibility within that. Want to take a long lunch break? No worries. Do your best work at 6 am? Go for it.
