Zapier is seeking a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager with a passion for cultivating brand awareness, boosting engagement, and driving revenue. About You:
You have 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing and/or Affiliate Program, demonstrating a track record of cross-functional collaboration to achieve team goals and KPIs.
You are skilled in building and expanding in-house influencer programs, including unpaid ambassadors and revenue-sharing models.
You have a background in leveraging automation and AI to optimize management processes effectively.
You excel in analytics, with a deep understanding of influencer social analytics for selecting and evaluating influencers to meet campaign objectives. You also understand the entire social marketing mix, including paid, organic, owned, and earned media.
You are adept at managing vendor relationships and budgets to ensure the efficient execution of influencer/affiliate programs. You enjoy project managing and collaboration with various internal teams.
You possess a strong sense of creativity and a keen eye for emerging social media trends.
You thrive on thinking outside the box and are passionate about unleashing creativity in influencer marketing strategies, constantly seeking innovative approaches to engage audiences and drive results.
You are an excellent communicator, with persuasive written and oral communication skills.
Things You’ll Do:
As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you should have a passion for influencer and affiliate culture, innovating new ideas, challenging assumptions, and balancing creativity with analytics.
You will help implement a global (US + International), cross-platform influencer marketing strategy, establishing and nurturing partnerships through organic and sponsored content.
You will lead day-to-day account management tasks, including client conversations, reviewing influencer trackers, reports, recaps, creative briefs, invoices, and budget management.
You will leverage storytelling to connect influencers with brand objectives and consumer needs, managing the development of influencer creative briefs.
You will own channel performance, representing your work to senior marketing leaders, driving the channel strategy, and owning the forecasting, roadmap, and goal-setting processes.
Stay abreast of social media trends and technologies, particularly those related to automation and AI, to keep Zapier at the forefront.
