Zapier is looking for an experienced Marketing leader to scale its product-led B2B sales model and expand upmarket. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for crafting and executing a marketing strategy that drives demand for Zapier and grows our brand and business.
This role will report to the CEO and work cross functionally with Product and GTM leadership to set a strategic vision.

Zapier has a ton of new products: Tables, Interfaces, Canvas, Chatbots, Central, Enterprise. Tell the story of the Zapier Automation Platform story in a remarkable and memorable way that resets folks opinion of what Zapier is.
Get into the weeds of our sales pipeline and grow demand generation for our new Enterprise plan.
Hold a high bar for the craft of marketing. You know what great looks like and will help elevate standards.
Hire, mentor and lead a world class marketing team.
Use your knowledge of customers, the marketing, and Zapier to flex into other areas of Zapier to make us better.
About You
You have 10+ years in marketing leadership roles that successfully scaled lead-generation upmarket
You are hands on in building a marketing culture that is both high-performing and consistent
You have a history of working with peers in the sales, partnerships, product, and support to find efficient paths to successful and profitable customers
You are empathetic, humble, and a mission-driven team player
You take risks to learn quickly and own the outcomes of your team
You embrace a scrappy attitude even as an organization scales
You have proven success in a high growth organization with multiple products and customers segments
