As a Content Writer at ZayZoon, you will be instrumental in crafting compelling and engaging content tailored to HR and people ops professionals within small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will be responsible for producing a wide range of content, including blogs, white papers, reports, guides, web copy, social media copy, ad copy, and scripts. You will play a pivotal role educating the marketplace about Earned Wage Access and translating our mission into a story that resonates on an emotional level with our audience.

- Audience Engagement: Develop content strategies to engage and educate our HR and people ops audience within SMBs, addressing their pain points, challenges, and aspirations.
- Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate the value proposition of Earned Wage Access and resonate with our target audience on an emotional level.
- SEO: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines, incorporating relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices to improve visibility and rankings.
- Research: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and latest developments in HR, payroll, and fintech industries, and incorporate insights into content creation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align content strategies with business objectives and support integrated marketing campaigns.
- Has proven experience in content creation, preferably in a B2B environment, with a focus on HR, payroll, or fintech industries.
- Demonstrates exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Possesses a strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with experience in keyword research and optimization.
- Shows a creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling stories and persuasive messaging.
- Exhibits strong research skills, with a curiosity for learning and staying updated on industry trends and developments.
- 3+ years of experience in content writing or related fields, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing samples across various formats and channels.
- Proficiency in content management systems (HubSpot, Wordpress) and other content creation tools.
