The Role
ZayZoon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in achieving our strategic imperative: to dominate the payroll/HCM landscape as a distribution model within the next three years. Your primary focus will be to enhance our B2B go-to-market strategies by implementing robust product support, automation, and standardization initiatives. This entails spearheading partner and employer rollouts, optimizing Early Wage Access (EWA) reporting, refining lifecycle communication channels, and fortifying sales and success tooling support. Your ultimate objective is to accelerate and maximize the conversion of rollout efforts into sustainable revenue streams. - Working with Partner and Client Success, and through direct first-hand conversations with partners and clients, identify opportunities to support and standardize rollouts and productize the lifecycle of partners and employers from sales handoff through to activation and adoption.
- Prioritize and plan a backlog of feature and maintenance work in the context of ZayZoon’s product development lifecycle using on impact, effort and alignment with strategic goals as key factors
- Work with professional services teams and leaders to understand, define and iterate on a service and workflow design that integrates product and serves partner and employer users effectively through the acquisition, onboarding and adoption phases of their lifecycle
- With help from product marketing, develop training and internal enablement and manage the process changes that result from product development
- Drive enhanced integrations that unlock valuable feature-functionality foundations for other pods
- Instrument the features you develop to provide visibility to professional services teams and to measure the impact of the changes
- Contribute to the knowledge base, processes and overall effectiveness of the ZayZoon Product team
- Develop and maintain high-trust two-way relationships with Sales and Success teams within ZayZoon that drive toward a common goal
- Collaborate with other product pods and teams to enhance the partner experience and shorten time-to-value
- Advocating for what’s best for both partners and our business - balancing a drive for efficiency where opportunities exist with a recognition of different persona attributes for the end users within partners and employers
- Clear and effective communication that errs on the side of overcommunicating
- A knack for identifying dependencies and an ability to align goals and timelines to ensure the desired impact is achieved
- Ability to map and understand process, identify bottlenecks and friction and a drive for simplification through standardization
- Understand CRM and rollout workflows, with an ability to measure steps
- Experience with embedded solutions like PRM, Reporting, Document Signing
- A strong foundation in Agile Product Lifecycle Management including the management of a roadmap, prioritization of work, and day-to-day management of a development backlog in collaboration with your POD leaders
- Familiarity with CDPs like Segment or Hightouch and tracking instrumentation
- Familiarity with building reports in BI tools and/or CRM to measure the success/impact of your wor
- Experience with user guidance tools for varying levels of audience sophistication
- Analytical capabilities including the ability to define reports
- Familiarity with tools like arrows, userguiding, appcues, userflow
- Familiarity with CDPs like Segment or Hightouch and tracking instrumentation

Candidates must be located in North America to be considered.
We are organized as a remote team, as such we are looking for candidates who can work effectively remotely. You must have access to a secure high speed internet connection and a secure workspace to ensure security of private information. This role is available on a permanently remote basis.
