Zeller’s scaling quickly - we are Australia’s fastest ever company to reach ‘Unicorn’ status, and we need an amazing Talent Acquisition & HR Partner to support our India based hiring managers as we grow and develop our team with talented and innovative people.
With a dual reporting line to the HR Lead and Regional Engineering Director - India, you’ll be responsible for the end to end talent acquisition process and partnering with HR for any onboarding and employee engagement activities.
\n- Talent Acquisition: Drive the recruitment process end-to-end, crafting compelling job ads, interviewing and shortlisting talent, and onboarding new team members.
- Ensuring Lever, our Application Tracking System (ATS), remains updated/ current;
- Coordinating employee contracts and onboarding (via our HR system, and in partnership with our third party HR provider);
- Culture & Engagement building activities: Drive the development and execution of cultural programs that help build Zeller's culture within our India team - employee recognition initiatives, celebrating milestones, planning and organising annual get together as well as virtual activities that build connection within the team.
- HR Administration and Operations: Facilitate the annual merit increase cycle for employees and act as the intermediary between the third party HR provider and employees, handling administrative tasks efficiently and proactively.
- Any other HR or recruitment activities that support our India team
- Partnering with hiring managers from acquisition submission stage through to appointing a successful candidate;
- Crafting JDs/adverts and advertising roles through both traditional and non traditional mediums - we love thinking outside the box
- Navigating a HRIS (we use Employment Hero) and other systems (Lever and Linkedin, amongst others);
- Communicating via Slack and Google Suite (not a given, we can help with these).
- You’ll have previous experience in a recruitment or talent role;
- You are an engaging communicator - you know how to adapt your communication style to different audiences (written and verbal);
- You have high attention to detail;
- You’re excellent at juggling multiple priorities and are able to pivot as needed;
- You are creative, proactive and a total team player;
- Problem solving and process improvement will be one of your passions;
- Previous experience in a startup or tech environment would be great but isn’t a dealbreaker.
