Description

Our client is currently looking for a Lead Management Specialist to join their team, focusing on managing and optimizing their lead distribution processes within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Handling and Distribution: Efficiently manage incoming real estate leads, ensuring they are organized and distributed to sales personnel on a round-robin basis.
  • CRM Management: Utilize Follow Up Boss (our CRM) to ensure all leads are tracked, followed up on, and nurtured through the sales funnel.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize key software tools such as Go High Level, Slicktext, and Instantly.AI to manage and optimize lead handling processes.
  • Data Management: Responsible for inputting and managing CSV files in our automated lead platforms, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve our lead management processes, making recommendations for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless lead management process, providing timely updates and reports on lead status and distribution outcomes.
  • Responsiveness: Act as a primary point of contact for real estate leads, ensuring timely responses and high levels of service.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years as sales leads qualifier.
  • Experience: Proven experience in lead management, CRM administration, or a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Go High Level, Follow Up Boss, Slicktext, and Instantly.AI. Candidates with experience in these specific tools will be given preference.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple lead streams efficiently.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve lead management processes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and other departments.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in managing lead data and ensuring no duplication in lead distribution.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
  • Understand how to value properties. 
  • Understand how to talk to property owners.
  • Knowing in real estate what is a good lead vs a bad lead.
  • Know how to communicate with potential sellers and buyers to know who is a legitimate lead vs someone wasting time. 
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Currently living in Latin America.
