- Analyzing social media metrics to measure campaign success
- Using your excellent writing skills to craft posts and interact with followers and community members
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Creating and implementing a social media strategy, communication plans, and C-level positioning
- Building a community around our brand
- Analysing and improving our social media strategy based on data
- Strategizing, Drafting, creating, finalizing, and cross-checking text, picture, and video content for social media communication
- Advising internal stakeholders on social media communication activities, as well as creating and updating guidelines and briefing materials
- Minimum of 3+ years experience managing brands across social media, either in-house or at an agency
- Extensive experience executing social media campaigns and managing social media on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Proven experience in social copywriting
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2)
- High level of creativity and ability to develop innovative content ideas
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments and teams
- Ability to stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
