We are looking for a Principal Product Solution Engineer to join our team and have a direct impact on sales and product roadmap for the Zero Trust Branch Connectivity and IoT. In this role, you will become the ‘go to’ person for sales engineers and account reps for all deployment needs reporting to Sr. Director, Customer Success. You will be responsible for:
- Working closely with customers to deploy and operationalize Branch Connector.
- Acting as a customer advocate with product and engineering teams by funneling revenant feedback and defect reporting.
- Delivering quality product demonstrations to customers, analysts and executives.
- Driving customer awareness of Branch Connector to accelerate adoption and materialize value from the product.
- Enabling various customer support teams by delivering hands-on technical sessions.
- Joining customer QBRs for demonstrating the value and impact of Branch Connector to an organization.
- Self project manage and execute engagements.
- Roles and responsibilities are similar to a professional services role.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 8+ years of experience as Sales Engineer, Consulting Engineer, Professional services or Solution Architect
- Must have working knowledge and hands on experience in SD-WAN, Routing protocols, Firewall, Switching, SSL, SWG, VPN
- Experience delivering products as cloud-based services
